This Classic album pressing was specially released by Ben Harper and Tom Freund and produced by George Cardas , of legendary "Cardas Cables", on March 15th 1992 , when a moment in time stood still and magic and alchemy happened. It is a stunning recording and with only 1000 or so were ever released, not avaliable on any other music format, and is not only considered one of Ben Harpers finest recordings, but also one of the rarest and collectable LP's around . All involved wove a spell binding experience and this album is a testament and credit to all . George Cardas , put all his incredible skill and knowhow into this project , with the use of Cardas differential microphones and Helix Golden 5.C cables and using an all analog recording chain , with the mastering done by Legendary Doug Sax at The Mastering Lab, in CA. Transferred to 180 Gram virgin vinyl and using only the original studio master tapes allowes this album to be taken to the next level of Audiophile nivana with awesome imagining, presence and feeling. You can feel the air split as notes are plucked out of a black canvas soundstage . This is a wonderful recording and is very rare record to come across . I have own this album since new .
